Colonel Beer

A unique microbrewery concept and surf school combined, located on the shores of LEBANON Northern district, on the mediterrenean sea and subject to frequent salt sprays during the year which makes the choice of plants, nutrition, and irrigation patterns, a very delicate excercise that we were happy to work on with the owners.

Some additional sensors detecting salinity levels were plugged into our microcontroller, notifying us when sea salt sprays or tap water's salinity levels are above the sustainable levels of the chosen plants.
